Your responsibilities are direct supervision of construction operations of each contractor you qualify. When introducing you to a new contractor, we provide a supervision/mentorship plan with guidelines for the necessary communication and practices to follow. This plan was reviewed and approved by CSLB and following the plan will be key to maintaining an active license and a contractor-RMO relationship that is CSLB-compliant.
Your agreement remains active for as long as you are interested in qualifying your contractors.
