My experience with my first onboarding process was very positive. The coordination between Austin, Mr. Handyman Franchise, the RMO Agency, and the attorney was smooth and well organized throughout the process. Communication was timely, and everyone worked well together to keep things moving.
The only minor bumps involved some of the wording in the LLC documents prepared by the attorney. There were a few areas where the language was broader than I felt was appropriate for the responsibilities we had agreed upon. Once those concerns were discussed, everyone was receptive, and the process continued without any significant issues.
Overall, I found the experience to be seamless and professional. I appreciate the responsiveness and collaboration from Austin, the attorney, and the RMO Agency, and I look forward to continuing to work together.

Working with Cossetty has been a great experience. It took me almost a year to make the decision to move forward, and throughout that entire time she was always patient, professional, and willing to answer every question I had. No matter how many questions I asked, she always took the time to explain everything clearly.

My experience with RMO Agency has honestly been a tale of two completely different experiences.
The initial onboarding process was very frustrating and, candidly, not a great experience. Communication and the onboarding flow itself left a lot to be desired (to be kind), and it was a stressful process during a critical time for my business launch.
That said, once I got through onboarding and became an active client, the experience completely turned around.
The reason I’m leaving a 5-star review is specifically because of Cecy Nguyen and the ongoing client support team. Cecy has been absolutely phenomenal. She helped me successfully transition RMOs and add an additional contractor classification, and throughout the process she was highly attentive, extremely communicative, proactive, professional, and consistently positive in her attitude and energy. She genuinely cared and stayed on top of everything.
Recently, Cossetty has also been helping on my account, and she has been wonderful to work with as well. Both Cecy and Cossetty have made a massive difference in my experience with the company.
While the onboarding side of the business still has room for improvement (to be very kind), the post-onboarding support has been tremendous, and I’m genuinely grateful for the help they’ve provided my business. Cecy especially deserves recognition for the level of care and professionalism she brings to her clients.

I recently worked with RMO Agency to obtain my C-27 Landscaping Contractor license, and the entire experience was outstanding—smooth, fast, and genuinely stress-free.
